How bad is the scratch? If it doesn't affect the operation of the marker I wouldn't worry about it. If it does, replace it with a better after-market one. Paintball shops sell marker oil, which is probably the best stuff to lube your marker with.

Nope, that cocker doesn't have the electronic front block and frame. Instead it has a mechanical integrated front block which is more or less what the marker is stuck with using. Good marker none the less. Take care
